My name is John Hansel. I have been in the Austin area since 1976 "building" a reputation as a dependable, quality-conscious contractor. I formed this company for the purpose of building custom homes in Austin and the surrounding area. During this time, I have worked with several banks and mortgage companies coordinating the repairs for over 200 foreclosed properties. I have a vast array of construction and related experience, including land development, plan design, land acquisition, and cost estimating.
