Dear John,

       Clint and I wanted to sincerely thank you for the hard work and dedication you gave to us in building our home. From the minute we started on this project til the day we moved in, the process of building this home has been a wonderful and rewardng experience because of you and the professional work you instill in each job. The purpose of this letter is two-fold. First and foremost, we want to emphasize our sincere gratitude to you as our general contractor. Second, and more importantly, we hope that future home owners will read this leter in attempt to discover the type of home builder you are, and after reading this will realize that you are the company they should use as their general contractor.

       Looking back six months ago when we first broke ground, my vision as well as Clint's of our new house fails tremendously in comparison with the home we now live in. It is incredible the amount of time and energy that's spent in building a home, but you always seemed to go above and beyond that. Clint and I had a sense about the way our home was being built that was very comfortable and relaxing. The intire process can be very overwhelming and hectic at times, yet we always felt you were on our side--almost as if you were looking our for us. I am sure not many people can claim that about their custom home builder.

       Beyond the trust and respect we have for you and your company, Clint and I want to convey more than anything how impressed and thrilled we are about the product of the home you built for us. Sometimes, we sit in the living room and just revel about the perfection of our home; it is truly amazing. But it is easy to have perfection when money talks. Unfortunately, we had to remain on a tight budget and keep those extra items to a minimum. With that in mind, the house still is our home of dreams! It is unbelievable to realize that our home,l with all the glamour and perfection you put into it, still fit in our budget. For three weeks now we've had approximately 20 different persons visit our home. Everyone is completely amazed at the work and obvious care you took in constructing this home. There are home builders and then there are truly custom home builders. Without a doubt, you are the latter of the two. You gave us our dream.

       Probably the best compliment Clint and I could give you is to let you know that when we do build our second home it will be with you as our contractor. You are extremely knowledgeable and professional--two words we believe are the key ingredients to a successful custom home builder. Please let other people who are interested read this letter in hopes that we can somehow do for you what you have done for us.
