Randall B. Smith: CSP, President/Partner
Randall began his career at the young age of 13 working on survey crews, then footing and framing crews while in college. Randall after graduating from David Lipscomb University went on to assist some of Nashville's largest home builders in execution of successful sales, operations, and land acquisition strategies and in 1999 received national recognition by the National Association of Homebuilders Sales and Marketing Council being named "National Sales Manager of the Year". In 2001, Randall joined Corey Craig and Lloyd Craig of the Craig Company to later form what is now Celebration Homes. Randall lives in Brentwood with his wife and has three daughters. Randall loves anything housing, golf, all sports, and boating.
Corey W. Craig: Vice President/Partner
Corey formed his own company at the age of 17 called Traceside Properties and in 1998 not only did he co-found the Craig Company with his father Lloyd Craig, he also became the youngest Broker and licensed Contractor in the state of Tennessee building custom homes and town homes in Franklin and South Nashville. Corey graduated from Belmont University while already very active in the start up of Celebration Homes success. Corey was honored by "Professional Builder" magazine in 2017 as one of the 40 under 40 housing professionals nationwide. Corey graduated from Belmont University and lives in Brentwood with his wife and three children. Corey loves boating, survivor cars, and lake time with family.
